Sing Side By Side Webinars

WEBINARS AND YOUTUBE VIDEO

Our research team recently held an interactive webinar, which was hosted by the International Centre for Community Music at York St John University. We introduced our project to an audience of people with personal experience of mental health conditions, as well as choir leaders, singers, representatives from singing organisations, and researchers. Over 60 people were present, and there were lively discussions about the benefits and challenges of leading, organizing and participating in choirs, in the context of mental health.

The ICCM has now released a video of the session on their YouTube channel, which you can watch above or here.

Our next webinar is hosted by the Association of British Choral Directors and will take place at 11 am on Saturday 20th February. During this session, our team of researchers will present a summary of the findings from a systematic literature review and provide information about our new online survey for choir leaders and singers.
